3. Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs)

- Contracts are available for 6 months, 1 year, or longer durations.
- Renewals must be completed before the current contract expires to avoid interruptions.

4. Warranty Policy

- Emergency services are available on Sundays by appointment.
5.3 Process for Repairs
- Customers can drop off products at the service center or request pickup services.
- An initial inspection report will be provided within 48 hours.
- Repairs will be completed based on the customer’s approval of the estimated costs.
5.4 Spare Parts and Replacements
